While presenting the Oscar for Best Cinematography alongside Amy Adams, Bill Murray slipped in a nice tribute to his long-time collaborator, comedy legend Harold Ramis.
After Adams finished naming the nominees, Murray took a moment to say something from his heart before announcing the winner. "Oh, we forgot one. Harold Ramis, for 'Caddyshack,' 'Ghostbusters' and 'Groundhog Day.'"
Actor, writer and director Ramis, who died last Monday, Feb. 24 at the age of 69, worked with Murray on those three films.
Although Murray and Ramis had an alleged falling out after working on "Groundhog Day," Murray released a statement on Ramis' passing last week.
Ramis was also singled out during the Oscars' In Memoriam tribute.
