Joakim Noah's father couldn't give ESPN's Lisa Salters his undivided attention while he watched his son play against the Heat on Sunday.
As Salters tried to talk to Yannick Noah in the stands of the United Center, he couldn't help but stay focused on the Bulls All-Star while he was guarding LeBron James. After Noah helped Chicago get a defensive rebound, he hustled down the court, grabbed an offensive rebound and drew a foul on the put-back attempt. The sequence made the former tennis star's words quickly turn into cheers. Then, as an emotional Noah started screaming after the play, Yannick took a break from the interview to give his son a standing ovation.
That was the end of the interview.
At one point during Chicago's overtime win, Yannick pulled out an epic finger wag after one of his son's five blocked shots.
