The Legen-dairy Margarita! (Duh.)
Back in February, NPH judged a margarita-making contest at The Charles Hotel in Boston. The winning cocktail was created by hotel mixologist Katilin Cusack -- just don't think too hard on the "dairy" part of its moniker. We don't understand, either.
Gather your jiggers and mix up the following into a cocktail shaker with ice:

Gather your jiggers and mix up the following into a cocktail shaker with ice:
2 ounces Patron silver tequila
½ ounce St. Elizabeth's Allspice Dram
½ ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce vanilla syrup
1 egg white
Pour into a glass (NPH seems to prefer them unsalted) and garnish with a dash of Angostura bitters.
